Beta Xi Chapter Officers
The chapter executive officers skillfully run the chapter on a day-to-day basis. While the Chapter Council is encouraged to function independently, each officer is assigned an alumnae adviser who provides guidance as needed. A new slate of officers is installed in January of each academic year.

Beta xi House Association Board
The House Association is managed by a board of approximately 14 alumnae volunteers whose mission is to oversee the operation, finances, maintenance, furnishing, and staffing of the chapter house. The Beta Xi Chapter President, Treasurer, and House Chairman serve as ex-officio board members as do the alumnae advisers for each of these officers. The House Association operates on a fiscal year that runs from July 1 to June 30. Board officers are elected each spring and may serve up to three consecutive terms.

Alumnae Association Board
The Austin Alumnae Association, one of the largest in the country, provides volunteer support to the Beta Xi Chapter and funds scholarships for deserving members of the Beta Xi community. Throughout the year, the Alumnae Association Board hosts a range of events including a kick-off party in September, a Christmas tea, and a major fundraiser to support a local charity. The Board meets once a month between September and May and publishes a newsletter twice a year.
